Mac + Eclipse Europa + SVN

Some new XOOPS Cube projects will require SVN. We can manage and checkout a subversion repository with free apps, read more for comparision of clients. This is about how to install the Tigris plugin SVN for Eclipse Europa.

Subversion is a version control system initiated in 2000 by CollabNet Inc. It is used to maintain current and historical versions of files such as source code, web pages, and documentation.

We have see how Eclipse can be easily extended with plugins.
This plugin SVN will be installed using 'Software Updates'

Select "Search for new features to install"

Click on "New remote site" and add the following URL

http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.2.x

Then follow the wizard information!

Once the plugin installed, we'll open a new perspective

Select "SVN Repository Exloring"

From options, select, New... Repository Location...
And add the link provided by sourceforge or any other
service to checkout your files. Voilà.
